Lisa is completing her level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal training qualifications so we now have a weekly fitness session for judoka and for non judoka and we will soon be able to offer 1:1 coaching.
Weekly fitness bootcamp – A fitness session involving cardio and strength exercises. Non Judoka wanting to attend the fitness bootcamp session the fee is £10 per month
1:1 coaching - A 30minute 1:1 session, information pack and a bespoke nutrition and exercise plan for a one off fee of £40
